體外研究 | 異槲皮苷廣泛存在于植物中.7種化合物中的10μM異槲皮苷部分但顯著地減弱了H2O2對RGC-5細胞的負面影響,因為H2O2存在時細胞的存活率從大約63%增加到83%和90%分別為10和50μM時的%。實際上,50μM等槲皮苷作為神經保護劑比相同濃度的EGCG更有效[1]。 |
體內研究 | 在接受異槲皮苷或槲皮素的動物中,BALF,血液和肺實質中的嗜酸性粒細胞計數較低。血液中的中性粒細胞計數和肺勻漿中的IL-5水平僅在Isoquercitrin處理的小鼠中較低。沒有觀察到單核細胞數量的改變[2]。 |
動物實驗 | 免疫小鼠[2] BALB / c小鼠(卵清蛋白/氫氧化鋁,sc),然后進行兩次鼻內卵清蛋白攻擊。從第一次免疫后第18天到第22天,小鼠每天接受異槲皮苷(15mg / kg)或槲皮素(10mg / kg)的強飼。施用地塞米松(1mg / kg,sc)作為陽性對照。在最后一次卵清蛋白激發后24小時,在支氣管肺泡灌洗液(BALF),血液和肺實質中分析白細胞。白細胞介素-5(IL-5)在BALF和肺勻漿中進行分析[2]。 |
